After a very bad start right from the very first hour of installation of Tikona, our post on the "Tikona Forum" has been really positive. Mr.Shiraz from Tikona haa been very helpful in resolving all the issues.

I would certainly recommend others to hire your services if the follow up is as smooth and trouble free as had been my experience after posting my complaint on the forum.

Wrong plan activated with wrong personal details

Hi,
Got a new Tikona connection on 25th Sep, since the very first hour we are having issues. The installation guys were not helpful in activating the right plan.

We had opted to Rs 3300/- pre paid plan of 40gb@1Mbps for 6months but
The current activated plan is for postpaid @Rs 699/- PM

Consistently we have been trying to reach your call centre to book complaint to ensure that the right plan be activated, wherein your call centre people have only been giving assurances and dates for plan upgradation with no effective action being taken in this regard.

Following were the complaint no (as attached) being given which have all been closed as per your website details without any of the complaint being resolved so far.

In addition all my details except address has been wrongly updated despite me having submitted the filled up form and voters id photcopy.

Request you to kindly resolve this issue at the earliest else this gives a very bad impression for any future reference.
