hello
i m regular customer of tikona, i complain lot but no response receive regard speed issue.

my this month bill is 549 + ST
and dues of 100 rs last month
total 749 aprox,

why it show more,
i delay payment b'cas not getting good service,
and at time of payment u did this kind of behavior,

kindaly waive off my 118 from bill and update me new bill amount, so i can pay,

if u can't do, i can take sufficient action from my end.
