Hello Tikona Team,

This is a 3rd compaliant and no reply or feedback from your customer care representative.

Be ready to meet and consumer court.

Just wanted to thank you for spoiling my weekends everytime by disconnecting my network. The consistancy you have maintained doing this is amazing and it really needs a dedication.

Is there any rule at tikona that no person will answer customers calls and customers should only hear to system voice messages.

Only on time if billing we get reminders every now and then and we are so honoured to get a call from customer care ?

What makes you so much customer oriented ? How do you make sure that net is disconnected, no one answers call and engineer visits as per their convenience and not as per the requirement of customer ?
