Please update your system before asking customers to pay money. I called your ISP co-ordinator to return the device but he is not coming in my new location. During discussion with your customer care I also mentioned it but no one ise ready to collect the device. Request you to call me and take the new address for device collection.

I am not going to pay any money because even calling many tines your ISP co-ordinator not picking up the phone and he picks up then he says, he can not come in this location.

Please call our ISP co-ordinator to return our Modem.

You can contact our authorized representative SAINATH ASSOCIATES at 9225541912 for return of modem.

You are liable to pay Rs 1,500/- as penalty for breach of the terms of services since you failed to surrender the modem even after sending several intimation from our end.
