Hi Team,

As per your team update termination request related process should complete with in 10 days.

Tomorrow(aug 23rd) is the 10th day for my service request. i'm expecting Fnf statement mailer and an executive to pick up Rooftop device and cable.

i'm not interested in continuing services further a i'm moving abroad and i don't have anyone to refer as well.So retention efforts even on final day is waste of time.

Please let me know the executive name and contact number to co-ordinate and return the device.

Please note that i have already paid all my dues and made an official termination request with request no:1-5363653561.

The unique appeal docket number is 1-5372985252.

As per TRAI, termination request must be serviced with-in 7 working days.

i would be placing a complaint on Centralized Public Grievances Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) - The Public Grievances Portal tomorrow if not serviced by end of the day.

Hi Team,

I want to close my tikona connection with "1109407491". Please take this request and provide me the ticket number for tracking

i'm permanently moving out of country in 10 days and i request you to close this ASAP and share me the full and final settlement.

Please note that i'm shifting to different country(malaysia) and None of family members stay in chennai with me. retention efforts are not required.
