This is absolute cheating, what basis you have change the plan to 6Mbps and 4Mbps on 9th and 14th October 2017?

I did not request for these plan change, I requested for disconnection on 3rd October 2017.
09/10/2017 - Retail-6Mbps
14/10/2017 - Retail-4Mbps

You are trying to cheat the customers instead of disconnection, changing the plan and keeping the connection alive.
Upon request from customer for disconnection you have to disconnect the connection, instead of that you are changing the plan to cheat customers.

Representative who called me could not answer these questions, so he said that he will arrange call with his senior/TL. Are you aware of this?

This clearly says that, lack of communication within your team or you are in pressure to reply to my post so, for formality you replied. Unnecessarily it is dragging the time.

Why can't you give your answers here in forum rather calling me, so that every one will know the process and in future if any one face the same issue let them go through this and get it clarified. And also we will have record for all our communication. This will help us to refer in case if we go for legal actions in future.

Simply you can not say terminated as per your request. Based on mail which I received from Tikona, I understood lots of confusion going on or intentionally it is done to cheat valuable customer. I have mail proof for all these.

1. when it was terminated?

2. Why the plan was changed to rental free (pay as u use) plan?

3. What basis this bill was generated?

Please clarify above three question.
