There was call from tikona manager.
And he solved all my problems.
Wanting to take back disconnection complaint.Good service by tikona.

Today i called at ur tikona customer care Mr.kunal attended the same.First of। all he gave all wrong information and started arguing with me.I just asked for quarterly। Payment is there any discount or no.He told no i asked im into 700 plan monthly so for quaterly how much to pay he told 2950 wherein it comes to 2300 rs.Told him to give to senior he didn't। Pass the phone just disconnected. Pathetic customer service.I opted for discontinuation.
