Internet Disconnection Policy is not good at all. Tikona take 10 days extra money from customer if you call for disconnection. They never discuss this with customer while taking the new connection. Also internet is disconnected many time and have to call the customer care for this almost alternet day.

I will not refer the tikona to the customer.
