Payment done but takes 2-3 days to show on portal

This has started since the last few months. Everytime I am making payment by online portal, the payment says processed successfully but is not reflected in the selfcare portal and I keep getting reminder mails and calls for payment. I have to call customer care several times before the payment is processed and I get an acknowledgement. Pls resolve the issue.
