Unable to talk to customer executive

Hello

My internet is not working since morning. When i called this morning the executive said she is looking into my details, but the call got disconnected. Now when i call the complaint is registered but i am not able to talk to customer executive. I want to know why my net is getting disconnected frequently. And once disconnected, it does not get resolved for minumum 2 days. I have lost a week of service because of this.

If you guys dont want to provide proper service, just say the word and I will look for another provider
