Internet not working

My internet is not working since today afternoon.
Its unable to get IP addess. I have tried rebooting and everything that's already available. It is a hardware problem. I can clearly see the tikona device hanging by the wire on the top of building. I am pretty sure it was sticked to a bar earlier. Please send someone at my registered address to fix it up.
