Poor Service...!!!

My Name is Subrato Dass, Just yesterday only I had taken a new connection at A-4, Vishwakarma Colony, Delhi-44. My userid : 1123106820. Since Morning I am not able to access Internet as there is no power at the adaptor, later the wifi router is also dead. I am calling to you service executive Dilip (9873738278) and your sales execituve Somveer (9718490994) since morning. In morning both of them had picked up the phone & says we are coming, now they are not bothering to pick my call. Finally at 15:05 hours I called up your helpline & on IVR my complaint has been registered with ref : 1-5417069865 with a TAT of 2 hours. I haven't receive any calls from any of your executive. Is it the service you will provide me wherein I had paid for 3 months subscription in advance.
