disconnection of internet service

I have opted for another internet service and opted for disconnection of tikona but i am been forced everytime to continue the service. Now i have been told for keeping this connection as backup. why would any1 use this connection as back at home paying an amount of 767 for useless speed and continuous disconnections of internet and after frequent calls not able to solve the problems. please administrators take a note that i want my connection to be discontinued or else i have to subject to escalation to forums
