Dear Team
Please take this on priority. I have not been able to use my tikona services from last 4 days as the wifi is not working. I have tried connecting the LAN directly to my laptop still no use. Switching on and off already tried multiple times. Have logged a complaint few days ago due to which your technical support IVR is not allowing me to talk to technical support staff. And no one has replied yet on my complaint.

If this is the service expected then I would not like to continue with your service.

Moreover, expecting your reimbursement for my loss of last 4 days.
