Tikona Billing Team SUCKS!!!!

Upon receiving an SMS in the first week of Setptember 2018, suggesting if i convert my monthly plan to a yearly plan i will be offered a discount of 25-30% on the overall billing. All my dues till date of September 5, 2018 were clear and as a new billing cycle starts from 7th of every month i called up the service no. 186030003434 a(a chargeable no.) and inquired about the yearly plan. I was assured that the promised discount will be applied and the executive (Ms. Neha) calculated the amount of Rs. 5551/- which i paid online through selfcare portal, on September 6, 2018.

Now, the ordeal started, starting September 15, 2018 i started receiving calls regarding payment due date reminders a typical feature of TIKONA (Without even bothering about the customer payment history). When i checked with tikona telecalling executive as why was an outstanding showing against my account, i was told that since the discount was not applied it is showing as an outstanding. This outstanding will be cleared in the next billing cycle which will happen on October 7, 2018. (UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND THAT WHEN I MADE THE PAYMENT ON A DAY PRIOR TO IMMEDIATE BILLING CYCLE OF SEPTEMBER 7, 2018, WHY WAS THAT NOT ACCOUNTED IN THAT BILLING CYCLE ITSELF).

Anyways i took their words on face value, but the payment reminders never stopped coming. Every time i was called from different number and the executive demanded me to clear my outstandings which was calculated as Rs. 796.47/-.

On September 21, 2018 i lodged a complaint with their customer care and the executive named Rishikesh had given me Service Request no.1-5404475747, reassuring me that the outstanding will be cleared on generation of next bill and no further reminders will be made.

But that never stopped....

October 3, 2018: Soud Akhtar - 1-5420016245

and above all they send their executive Mr. Vinay Pande to my doorsteps on October 6, 2018.

Now, as a matter of surprise, a new bill is generated on October 7, 2018 and the new bill amount is Rs.914.19/-

If Tikona guys think that they can harass me then they are mistaken. Its now time for them to get harassed, as i am lodging a complaint in consumer forum for the harassment i suffered during the last month.
