Tikona cannot deliver

We have had connectivity and speed issues for the past month. Tikona has no problem informing me hourly that my payment is due. But trying to get technical service to respond is virtually impossible. And trying to get an actual solution to fix the problem is something Tikona is simply not interested in... may be it's part of Tikona's business model. Only when we finally informed Tikona that we would not pay this month's payment due to lack of service did technical service finally respond. A technician showed up and did a speed test on both Ookla and on the Tikona website. We (and he) were not surprised that the Ookla showed a download speed of 0.6 Mbps (we are paying for 10), while the Tikona website was showing a speed of 14 Mbps ... hmmm.

Our building manager advised us to not subscribe to Tikona because of horrible service... we think he was right. We are now planning to seek an alternate ISP.
