I have raised disconnection request # 1-5439555731 on 14th Oct,2018. Please have the account disconnected and terminated ASAP , since my new billing cycle is supposed to start on 26th and I do not want to pay for another month , since I will be going abroad by end of the month. I have already paid for the current month and nothing is pending from my end.

Please have the devices(modem and cable) collected from my house and have the account terminated as soon as possible. It has been 7 days since I raised the request and no one has come to collect the devices.
