I know the rentals have been stopped but the connection is still not terminated. Nobody is visiting my home to collect the devices. In that case , you tell me where do I need to go to submit the rooftop device and cables in Bangalore ? Everyday I am getting calls to retain the connection , however , there is no possibility, since I am relocating outside India. Same queries are being asked everyday in multiple calls and nothing is progressing. Unnecessarily mental harassment is going on and Tikona is delaying the termination request. Please prioritise and have my account terminated as soon as possible.

I am getting repeated calls for not getting my connection terminated whereas it has been clear that I need to terminate my connection since I am leaving the country. Disconnection Request # 1-5439555731 has been raised on 14th Oct,2018 and still there is no one confirming the termination of my connection. Understand that rentals have been stopped but I need to have my connection terminated and full and final settlement bill confirmed over mail. ALSO, the Tikona Modem and cable need to be collected. No one is coming for device collection and this is being delayed.

PLEASE STOP THIS HARASSMENT TO THE CUSTOMER and have the request processed as early as possible.
