hello,
I have connection with you ID- 1122782906
as per the discussion with you representative i had change my plan to 3mothly to monthly
my plan is Rs. 500 + GST but you have send me same 3 month bill and we have communication as sms is also same so how can i undrstand is that you had change (bill send on mail on 31.10.18)
but in self care it is showing 796.3 instead of Rs. 590.00
Please I am not willing to pay the amount over above my bill but i am ready to pay as per bill.
also your representative over phone on 31.10.18 is miss guiding and not willing to give proper info. i am not finding PDF bill on self care he give me non sense reason also i am asking for send me bill on mail id he took mail id and said that it will take some time and he refuse to send the same but as soon as i finished phone he send the mail with in 30sec.
I know that you dont care about this feedback but as your service taker i have write if you dont have to care thet it is OK
