It has been 15 days since my request and i am still getting calls explaining me your various offers and plans.
I am being harrassed by your representatives and this is surely not the service any customer would expect.

Let me tell you i've had a harrowing time explaining to the all the callers that i need to terminate the connection.

The last caller even asked me to "keep the equipment" with me in case i would need it in the future.

Please let me repeat this the one last time- I need to terminate this account. I don't need any of your equipment.

Kindly stop forcing me to keep this connection.

Also the last harrowing 15 days have completely altered my opionion regarding your services.I will definately not recommend Tikona to anyone, if need be.
