Dear Tikona Team,

I have yesterday installed TIKONA net at my house. After making payment to the company, I had to make many followups for installation, then the same is installed 8:pm yesterday. While using WIFI today its found that the same is not working. I called Sales executive for the solution, he confirmed that the same will be resolved within 30min. After that he started declining my calls for more than 10 times. Also no satisfactory reply found from CC of the company.
