worst experince

the worst service one can even think of i am facing issues of speec since5/6 dec on 10th dec technician advised that the kind of work i do for that i need a bare minimum speed of Mbps so i called them and asked to upgrade me for 25 Mbps plan Swapnil advised the same and since then till today i have not got any services , as per technician Kanhiya kumar and Delhi head Saurabh Aggarwal they cannot provide me the services of 25 Mbps despite of the same no one is taking care of the things whenever i call the rep starts with their own script and make me realize that i am a slave not their customer , Your one of the billing /retention Supervisor SWAPNIL says we canot give you the refund nor the speed of 25 mbps, you have to compromise with the speed of 6 mbps , May i Know Y ,need my refund or else will meet in court
