ISSUE WITH TIKONA

Hi,

I lived in Bangalore.I used tikona services very effiectively.
I didn't take any modem from tokona and I used mine (TP Link modem).I disconnected the connection from September.I paid all the biils , if you want i'm ready to send all.
Initially I paid advance amount to tikona even without taking modem.
I called tikona srevice care and i asked them to disconnect the service from september and they asked
1. Do you have tikona modem - I said NO .They said we'll disconnect automatically.
2.I asked them if any dues or any formalities are there then come and finish because we are leaving. They said nothing.They didn't return advance amount.
Again after one month (End of September) again i received to pay bill amount and return the modem.Till now they are keep sending to return modem.I need explanation .
