I bought this connection on 2nd Jan 2019. Sales process was as quick as I thought, because, they wanted money. Once the payment was done, on 3rd, Mr. Dharmendra comes to install the connection and then story starts from the next day itself. I started facing frequent disconnection in the line. Whole work goes for stake as my all work is based on internet. I messaged this sales guy, no reply. Called Dharmendra, he blocked my number, I called on toll free number, no resolution. All I get is loads of sms from tikona..... Ticket was closed without even issue getting resolved.
