Even after trying last 2 months, my november BOGO offer is still not reflecting in my account.

Already shared all mail communication and other details to tikona team

Last week I talked to Nilesh Mistry and his team and they assured that this will rectified in next 5 days, but till now it not happened.

Please look into this matter on an urgent basis
