Pathetic Service in Allahabad

It's been more than 3 months I have taken Tikona connection at Allahabad and the User ID is 1123275660.
It's not working since the other day of connection. The local representative does not take interest and several calls made to Tikona Customer care also of no use to me.

I would like to request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible or refund the amount of the 6-month package as I didn't receive the service promised by Tikona
