Its been 7 days , since i paid money to get a new Tikona connection .Received 3 to 4 calls asking me to pay the money without even checking the status.I made lot of calls to the customer care enquiring about the installation, and the standard reply is "will be resolved in 48 hours".Every day new reason cropping up for the delay in installation , today i was told, not enough device in stock.What a horrible service even before the start.
