Hi Team,

Thank you for your response, Yes, I was contacted by the Tikona Service Team.

Since I'm moving out of Chennai to my home location - Villupuram (Where there is no feasibility of Internet services). I would kindly requesting you to carry out the disconnection for the same.

Yes, I was contacted by the Tikona Service Team, I have also communicated the same to them to process by disconnection. They have provided alternate suggestions but none of the suggestions will suit me, So I have communicated them to disconnect the services. Thank you the services provided. I would be happy if the disconnection is processed as early as possible, Since I need to hand over the keys to my House owner.

Hi Team,

I’m using Tikona for more than 2 years and now I’m moving out of City; back to my home town which is a remote village. So I’m surrendering the house back to my house owner and I have also requested for the disconnection request on 21st May and 23rd May. (The agent who spoke on 21st-May didn’t raised the request though) and the Agent spoke on 23rd have raised a request to disconnect the connection - Request id - 1-5914673291.

My house owner strictly informed without closing the internet, dth and mobile connections towards the address of the house, he is not going to pay me my advance amount back. It’s been already a week since I raised this connection, Can someone please help me out to close this as soon as possible? Let me know if there is any pending amount which needs to be paid, I can pay them out. I have already sent an email and couple of phone calls to the customer care regarding this. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
