complaint againt the wrong information

I have cancelled my subsctription on 23rd may and the same lady executive told me to wait for more 20 days you will get your refund amount.
But when i called on 1oth June for the status they told you have to wait more 15 days to get the refund amountas the check were generated late and refund process day is 45 days which i wasnt aware about it.And they cant help it.
Really bad service as i was the new customer and it was my first subscription.
Disgusting.
