In my entire life i never face such pathetic service from any internet provider. MTNL is far superior than tikona.

Unfortunately we had to use the service as last option. Their engineers/sales person never comes for visit to solve the problem. Never takes call on time.

About Tikona, very bad speed. After 9pm speed drop to 1 or sometime below in 0.9 without any reason. I have take 6mbps unlimited plan. I have scrrenshot of tikona app where speed is so slow on any day.

Very poor service on all levels.
