My ID was 1122871426. My full and final settlement amount was Rs.2354.01/-

Till date, I did not receive the cheque of Rs. 2354.01/-

I re-located to a new place but I visited my old place 3-4 times just to check whether someone has dropped the cheque. But did not had a positive experience. Moreover, I did not receive an email from you with the reference cheque number OR courier's tracking number by which you have parceled my cheque.

I need clearance for my below doubts:
a. Did you posted my cheque?
b. Which courier have you used?
c. Can I have the tracking number of the courier agency?
