Yes very pathetic service.
I paid for 10 Mbps plan for 6 months. However, I am not getting what i paid for. Speed is very slow like slower than mobile 2G net.
Even 240P video is not streaming properly. My daily activity is like, Morning- net will work 5 to 10 min then it will disconnected. At evening after office, again check whether net is working or not. Then register a complaint and there will be no resolution for this.

I want to cancel my subscription and want refund.
Wasted my time and money.
Please initiate my refund.
