Hello, My internet is not working from past 2 weeks. I have registered complaint but nobody is looking into it. 3 days back I shown the issue to customer care person and followed his steps but he said its a physical issue, engineer visit is required. Engineer visit is assigned from last 3 days but no engineer visited. Trying to contact customer care but getting recording "I will receive SMS about engineering visit" but neither engineer visited nor received SMS.

Please resolve this issue asap. I am not able to work on internet. It is impacting on my training. Kindly note Saturday I have exam. Resolve this issue tomorrow without fail.
