For the past one month I'm repeatedly complaining about the speed issues. Every time when I file a complaint I'll get message from tikona that your compliant has been resolved and connection is working fine. No one even cares to rectify the problem and revolve the same. I've opted for 10mbps plan. Instead of that most of the time speed retains at 4 to 5 Mbps.
So please resolve my problem to the earliest.
