Slow Internet Speed

Dear Team,

I am one of your subscriber having User ID: 100086613586 & registered Contact No : 9654004249 & Email ID : khattar.ankur@gmail.com

Since last 15 days i am regularly registering my complaint on slow speed of broadband, I am nearly getting speed less than 1 MBPS, whenever I mailed or called your customer care every time i have been assigned technical support executive & he is also helpless on this matter.

I would again request you to please change my existing broadband speed to maximum speed as per feasibility of my location.
