3 months advance payment refund not received

Hello Tikona Care,

We have been a Tikona customer for more than 3 years in Mira Road, Mumbai. Last month we moved to a new address in Mira Road and asked Tikona about available of their service in the new Area. Tikona assured us that their services are available at the new address. In anticipation we did advance payment of 3 months.

However Tikona was unable to provide services in our building and as a result we had to cancel and connection and requested for refund.

Its been 4 weeks and we haven't received any update on the refund.
Request you please be professional and and process our refund asap.
