Highly Disappointing with Service and Support. Pathetic Support Mechanism

Even though i have paid 6 Month advance i would like to terminate the services. I will publish this on Facebook as well.
" TIKONA FOOLED CUSTOMERS. NO CUSTOMER CENTRIC APPROACH. MOST UNSTABLE NETWORK, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT"
