Hi,

I need a static IP as I have just installed a CCTV appliance at my home. I want it to be accessible over internet. I have been raising tickets with your team but nobody is able to provide me the IP yet. I am ready to pay the charges for static IP. I am asking for escalation on this matter but nobody is able to provide me any escalation contact as well. Please call me asap.
