My tikona user id - 1125286045
I had applied for tikona broadband service on 12.12.19.I had paid the ammount of ₹2478 in advance on the same day.No contact was done from tikona for 8 days in order to install the broadband.When tikona representatives atlast contacted me on the 8th day since applying i requested them for cancellation and refund of my money of ₹2478.The tikona respresentative said the money will be refunded to you in 7 days.Please refund my money as soon as possible.Thank you.
