Worse/ Pathethic Service

To be honest, I started using Tikona since the month of March and I have had no problems.

It all started in end of May, when the TP Link connector cord got burnt and my cable has water dripping/droplets on it.

I was unable to log in a complaint as the offices were closed, due to the pandemic (completely understandable). sadly, they do not have an Ios App, the only way you can log a complaint is by using android apps and unfortunately I had to make a lot of efforts to log a complaint.

I called up the guy who installed the internet and he had asked me to connect the LAN to my router directly later I realised even my router has been damaged.

Complaint no: 1-8191654403.

By then it was around JUNE 7th and locked down eased a bit.

One fine day I get a message, stating the engineer has rectified my issue and the Inet will start working normally, whereas, no engineer has visited my house till date.

I have been working from home and it's a sheer in convenience when Tikona and their engineers don't do their job and lie causing a great effect on my WFM chores.

Followed, I have logged complaints after complaints and with no resolution.

I strictly urge you guys to move to JIO/Airtel wifi as it's cost effective and good AFTER SERVICE.

In case, Tikona if you are listening, I'm hoping you guys resolve my issue issue ASAP, else, as a society Manager, I will have no other option but to remove your service from my bldg.
