Frequent Internet disconnection

Since 2 months, I've been facing lot of internet connectivity and slow speed issues with my Tikona broadband connection. In spite of raising several complaints (at least 10+ complaints raised since May-20), its still not resolved properly. There are frequent disconnections with WiFi connection daily and also even slow speed issues.
Each time, your support team inspects from remote and resolves it. So issue is fixed temporarily but it occurs again either in few hours or the next day.

Once an engineer visited my residence and fixed the issue, even replaced the modem with new one. But the modem did not last for more than a week, it got damaged the next week.

Also during monsoon, water trickles through the main Internet wire and due to this problem, our modem was damaged and blasted due to short circuit. This is very risky and can lead to short circuit or another problem in the house. There is no solution provided by your engineer to us.

We had logged a complaint for this damaged modem issue and engineer visited our residence. But he did not have a new modem with him and fixed the connection without a new modem. I called him number of times to come and replace the modem but he did not respond properly. Then another engineer came and replaced the modem but its an old and used piece.

Below are my serious concerns with Tikona Broadband:
1) Frequent disconnections daily
2) Slow speeds
3) Engineers are not co-operative and lack knowledge. They are always in hurry to mark the issue as Resolved and go.
5) Old and used parts provided to me.
6) There is no solution provided to me on the water trickling from the main Internet wire

None of these issues are resolved till now by your engineers and I've not got any proper response from them. Please check on these issues and fix them quickly.
