Worst service had ever experienced. While recommending plan by the sales agent, commited speed was 10 MBPS as per charges levied. However the actual speed what I get is between 2-4 MBPS. Also, the connectivity is frequently disconnect and does not get revised as early by 3-4hour. While billing client, they charge bill as per 10 MBPS,never the customer query is solved. The speed, connectivity and frequent disconnection issue is nit yet resolved but the bill is fully charged, along with all type of taxes and late payment fees.
