Now you can register Technical complaints on 18002094276 / My Tikona App and for commercial you can register complaints through My Tikona APP, Chat (login page) & forum.

Tikona connection removal

1110947568 : Remove / Disconnect of Service

Dear Team,

My Tikona user id - 1110947568 and it is registeredin the name of Ananth, West Tambaram, Chennai, Tamilnadu 600045.

I am going out of Chennai so I want to remove/disconnect Tikona internet connection permanently before my new billing cycle starts. Also I am not using the Tikona internet from 21st March onwards.

I tried to call on 02240629629 only IVR machine handle call and there is not having any option to talk directly with Tikona executive person.

Kindly remove/disconnect request on high priority and Stop billing cycle immediately.
