bad service

Today I would like to talk about my experience with Tikona broadband. Recently, I was apply internet connection on 10th jun 2020 They told usually within working 3 days your connection be done but today 8 days complied not yet any connection done or no one pickup my call my agent and also not any reply form tikona costumer care they send always same auto reply and yet not resolve my query i m worried about that
