Very bad customer services along with bad Network quality

  • recently I upgraded plan to 25 Mbps which is high speed as they claim but hardly it can match the Mobile phone.
    There are frequent disconnections.
    No attention to customer call or complaint.
    No response to customer calls or emails.

    Pathetic service :!: :?: :x :cry: :cry: :cry: :(
