With reference to the above user Id .. I would like to inform that I have taken Tikona Internet on 22nd April & paid the rental for 6 month INR 2700/- (plan 25 Mbpd speed unlimited for 6 month) with the confirmation that my connection will start within 2-3 days..Your representative has came to premises & installed the connection... it is not yet started & whenever I have called they were saying team is working on the speed issue as required speed is not coming in your premises . after so many try they have come back there is no sufficient bandwidth . hence they will refund my subscription for 6 month.

Now, almost 3 month there is no revert on my refund,, No response from company .. hence worst support & harrasement..

Finally , request you to please process the refund immediate else I will going lodge complaint in TRAI & consumer court ,
