i am getting worst service from TIKONA, the installation was not proper they have adapter to connect, i told initially only that it was faulty but they are not agreed.

I took 6 month plan and after 5 month they did replace adaptor, how silly... if you call customer care they are playing corona virus statement due to corona they don't have anyone to pickup.

Suggestion: Tikona please improve your hardware which you provided to customer. i experience very bad service experience in PUNE.
