Speed issue

My id : 1112450693 is having speed issue since morning and not able to even browse the normal pages. Though my rated D/L speed is 10 Mbps, Airtel Mumbai is 2.49 Mbps, Jio Navi Mumbai 2.62 Mbps and Telstra Melbourne 0.18 Mbps. find attached the screen short s take at 12 noon.
