My User id is 1123015315, i am using advance plan of 3 months of INR 2301, i had request for the address change however in the new scheme the tikona has no feasibility for new connection, i need my refund asap since in the mail its written you are eligible for refund in case of no feasibility. It been already more than 1 month i have not received my refund. Let me know if i need to take some other action.
