Change rooftop device

I was reaised request for changed my internet plan from 6 Mbps to 40 Mbps. The plan get changed after 2 days but for this plan suitable rooftop device is not changed. I have taken daily follow up by mail and phone but no response from tikona. Still my issue is pending.
